Elevate ISO 95+ Polyiso Isı Yalıtım Levhaları, diğer yalıtım malzemelerine göre daha yüksek enerji etkin yalıtım malzemesidir. Diğer ticari çatı sistemlerine uyumlu, hafif ve kolay uygulanabilirdir. FM onaylı, UL sınıf çelik çatı montajlarının doğrudan uygulamasına uygundur. Standart Elevate ISO 95+ levhaları 1,22 m x 1,22 m ve 1,22 m x 2,25 m boyutlara ve 25,4mm ile 101,6 mm arası kalınlıklara sahiptir.

Doğru bir biçimde yerleştirilmiş Elevate Eğimli ISO 95+ Polyiso Isı Yalıtım Levhaları su yun tahliyesine bağlı sorunları ortadan kaldırarak çatı sisteminin ömrünü uzatır. Elevate Eğimli ISO 95+ levhalar her 30,48 cm başına 0,158 cm ila 1,27 cm arasında eğime sahiptir.

Elevate ISOGARD Kaplama Levhası 12,7 mm kalınlığında, Fiberglas kaplama ile üretilmiş, yüksek yoğunlukta, kapalı hücre, Polyiso köpüklevhadır. ISOGARD levhaları, gelen yükü dağıtarak alttaki levhaları korur.

Elevate RESISTA AK

Polyiso (PIR) roof insulation board

Elevate RESISTA AK insulation board consists of a closed-cell polyiso foam core laminated on both sides to a gastight multi-layered aluminium complex. The foam technology uses a HCFC-free blowing agent with a GWP (Global Warming Potential) of less than 5 and zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential).
RESISTA AK is suitable for use on adhered, ballasted and mechanically fastened Elevate single-ply roofing systems (UltraPly™ TPO, RubberGard™ EPDM and RubberCover™ EPDM). RESISTA AK provides outstanding and stable thermal resistance, dimensional stability and compressive strength, which translates into a complete flat roof solution with long lasting superior performance.

Features & benefits

• Superior thermal resistance: RESISTA AK foam formulation combined with a
multilayer aluminium complex facer results in outstanding thermal conductivity of
0.023 W/m.K.
• Wind uplift performance: Foam and facer have been designed for optimum
adhesion in case of a fully adhered membrane application. Boards are marked with
“THIS SIDE DOWN” to indicate preferred board direction.
• High compressive strength: ≥150 kPa.
• Reaction to fire: B-s2,d0 (in end-use)
• Lightweight: easy to transport, hoist and install. Helps reducing the roof total
weight and reduces installation time.
• Outstanding life expectancy.
• Environmentally-friendly: GWP less than 5, no CFC.

Packaging
•Shrink-wrap packaging provides a protective covering to all sides of the bundle.
•Bundles are approx. 500mm high and combined into stacks of 2500 to 2650 mm high.
•EPS spacers keep the stacks elevated of the floor for dry storage and easy handling.
